Client Relations Associate

Stocksy United is looking for a Client Relations Associate to join our growing Client Relations team. This position offers a great opportunity to be part of an incredible team of industry leaders. As a member of our Client Relations team, the Client Relations Associate will play an integral role in supporting and developing relationships with our clients.


  • Under supervision, provide customer support for clients via email, telephone and ZenDesk in multiple languages including English and German
  • Conduct supportive administrative work for the department including quotes, invoices, group account set ups and other related tasks
  • Resolve general client issues related to account, website functionality, technical or business issues
  • Build relationships with client base by assisting with inbound inquiries
  • Additional tasks as required, including coverage for other Client Relations team members during absences

You have...

  • Multiple languages including English and German (French an asset)
  • Availability for Western European/Eastern America time zones
  • 1-2 years experience working with customers in various cultures and geographic regions
  • Some background in the creative industry with a passion for photography and videography
  • Familiarity with ZenDesk and Salesforce (or other customer support systems/processes)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with licensing a plus
